HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY COST?

Shipping options and costs are visible in the shopping cart after adding all selected products to the cart.

WHAT IS THE ORDER COMPLETION TIME?

The maximum lead time for shipping an order from Warsaw is shown online for each product.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE DATE FOR FULFILLMENT OF MY ORDER IS DELAYED BEYOND THE MAXIMUM DEADLINE GIVEN?

In such a situation, please contact us by e-mail, providing your order number. Contact details can be found in the order confirmation email and in the Contact Us tab.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

All information on the options how to pay for your order can be found in the cart after adding products. 

I HAVE ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM WHEN PAYING VIA THE AUTOPAY SYSTEM.

If you have problems making an online payment via Autopay:

a) please contact us by e-mail and we will send you a link to the payment gateway where you can select the payment method and repeat the payment.

b) Optionally, you can send a traditional bank transfer. Transfer details can be found here. In the transfer title, provide your first name and surname, order number and send us an e-mail about changing the payment format for your order.

CAN I PLACE ORDERS BY PHONE?

Placing an order by phone isn't currently possible.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE AMENDMENTS TO MY SUBMITTED ORDER?

You can make any changes to your order by contacting us by e-mail, but only until the order is ready for processing.

ARE THE PRICES GIVEN ON THE WEBSITE CURRENT AND FINAL?

All prices visible on our website are current and valid at the time of placing the order.

CAN I PICK UP THE ORDER IN PERSON?

No, we only offer shipping within the time shown online next to each product.

CAN I PROVIDE A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS IN THE ORDER?

Yes. The parcel may be sent to another person and to an address other than your address. To send your order to a different address, select - ship to a different address and provide the appropriate details

CAN I RECEIVE A VAT INVOICE FOR THE GOODS ORDERED?

Yes. We issue a VAT invoice for each product we sell. According to the regulations, invoice data must be provided at the stage of placing the order.

WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF PLACING AN ORDER AND INFORMATION ON THE STATUS OF ITS COMPLETION, SHIPPING, OR RECORDING OF PAYMENT?

Acceptance of the order for processing will be confirmed by e-mail sent to the email address provided by you in the order, immediately after placing the order. You can check the status of your order in the Your Account panel after logging in to the store. Each time your order status changes, you will receive an email from us.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD TO LOG IN. HOW CAN I RESET IT?

You will regain access to your account by selecting the Forgot your password option? Click here. Then enter your email address that was used during the registration process. A one-time login link will be sent to the provided address, which will allow you to set a new password.

DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, but registering will allow you to have many benefits, including:

  • preview of order fulfillment status and purchase history
  • no need to re-enter data for subsequent purchases
  • possibility of receiving individual discounts and promotional coupons

I CAN'T FIND PRODUCTS I AM LOOKING FOR IN YOUR NLINE STORE.

If you are interested in purchasing a specific product but cannot find it in our store, contact us by e-mail, providing information about the product you are looking for and if we do not have it in our online offer, we may be able to offer such a product through the BringForMe service. 

CAN I SEND PRODUCTS ABROAD?

Yes, we offer shipping to selected European Union countries - select a country in the basket

If you want to ship to a country that is not on the list, we encourage you to contact us by e-mail and we will provide you with full information about the possibilities and costs of shipping to countries outside of our current list.

WHAT ARE THE USE BY DATES OF FOOD PRODUCTS?

All products offered by our online store have individual expiration dates or "best before" dates.

CAN I SHOP IN PERSON IN WARSAW?

We are an online store, therefore you can only order online with delivery to your address.
