Preparation and Usage

Ready In 5 Minutes: In a saucepan, stir 45g of porridge with 250ml of milk or water and bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Simmer for 2 minutes until it is creamy and fluffy. Alternatively, place 45g in a microwavable bowl, add 200ml milk or water, and microwave for 1 1/2 min on full power, add further 50ml milk or water, stir and heat for a further 30 seconds.
