Roasted and ground single-origin 100% Arabica coffee grown in Takengon in the north west of Sumatra. Expertly roasted to develop its sweet syrupy notes with hints of chocolate and brown sugars, this coffee has hints of exotic spices and rustic undertones. Suitable for cafetières and ﬁlter machines. Strength No.4.

Once opened, store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place and use within two weeks.

Preparation and Usage

Serving
For the perfect cafetière.
For best results use 6g of coffee per 100g of water or:
1 - Use one heaped tablespoon of coffee per person.
2 - Pour on freshly boiled water (a cup per person).
3 - Stir, wait 3-5 mins and plunge. Adjust according to taste.
