Opis

Eucalyptus honey has strong flavours of liquorice, persistent on the palate, particularly sweet and never too intrusive.  This honey has a dark amber colour and is fine and compact which results in a malt and caramelized taste with notes of earth and glutamate. 

The production area for this honey are the regions of Calabria and Lazio.
