A highly flavored pepper sauce which focuses as much on heat as it does on flavour. With a twist of fresh lime juice, this combination of Scotch Bonnet Peppers, spices and lime juice is sure to satisfy those extreme heat seekers.

The Scotch bonnet ( Capsicum chinense ) is reputed as the hottest pepper in the world. Most Scotch bonnets have a heat rating of 150,000-325,000 Scoville Units. Limes impart a citrus flavor due to the acidity of its juice.
