White Condimento has a complex flavour where initial sweetness quickly yields to gentle acidity, giving a rich sweet and sour effect. Works amazingly well with vegetables and seafood.

Our white balsamic is produced with Trebianno grapes from Emilia Romagna, producing a soft and delicate seasoning. Great if you want the taste of balsamic without the dark colour of traditional balsamic.
