When you start with a bean as beautiful as this, it’s very hard to ruin it - so take it how you’d like. Its body is more than capable of holding its own when paired with milk, but if you want to make sure you get the most of this coffee, then we of course recommend drinking it black as a simple filter-style brew.
In short, it's a coffee roaster's dream - where hints of fruit and citrus sit atop a chocolatey, nutty body in a complex Single Origin which has all the depth and range of a blended coffee.
Nestled in the slopes of the Sierra Nevada mountain range are hundreds of farms and coffee plantations, each creating beautiful, high quality beans designed to deliver some of the distinctive and original coffees you can find.
One such farm is Dunariwun (translating to roughly, 'a peaceful place'), run by Oliverio and his family, who are part of the Kankuamo people. They’ve been cultivating coffee since about 1860 and for Oliverio and his family that first cup of coffee they share is incredibly important; representing so much more than just fuel for their day.
