Opis

Our Honduras filter is meticulously small batched roasted for the caramel and nutty sweetness and velvety body to stand out. This specialty single origin Arabica coffee from the rich volcanic and fertile soil of La Pez, a famous coffee growing region in South Honduras.

Our coffees are selected by our certified Q Graders, who hold the industry's highest level quality qualification, and are based in our London Fields Roastery. Our coffees are then Small-Batch Roasted using a combination of art and science to bring out the very best flavours and a taste experience that's second to none.

Preparation and Usage

Brewing
Espresso
14-16g of coffee for 28-32ml of espresso (dependent on your machine). Extract for 22-27 seconds.

Cafetière
Use one heaped dessert spoon of coffee per cup. Add hot water (just off the boil), stir, leave for 4 minutes then plunge and enjoy.
