Coconut Brownie
Ingredients
150g coconut sugar
75mL cup unrefined coconut oil, melted
80g almond flour
55g cocoa powder
3L eggs (or flax eggs if vegan)
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
45g unsweetened
Chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
1. Pulse all ingredients (except the chocolate chips) in a food processor until combined. Stir in chocolate chips if desired.
2. Spread into a lined baking tray and bake in a preheated oven 175°C / GM4 for 25-35 minutes.
3. Leave to cool before slicing.
