When we decided to use our superfoods to create tasty, healthy baking mixes, we didn’t want to cut out any potential customers, and we needed something nut free. So after doing a lot of research and spending every evening after work in the kitchen, we came up with the perfect recipe that caters for all allergens, is organic and also has a high enough percentage of superfoods to offer tested health claims.
There is no other brownie mix like this, anywhere! So if you can’t eat gluten, dairy, nuts, soya, coconut, sweeteners, refined sugars or non-organic products, then this mix is for you! We even have a vegan recipe on pack for all our vegan customers who want to indulge in chocolatey brownies.

Preparation and Usage
Adding a little indulgence with 100g of melted dark chocolate
Turning up the heat with 5g of ground chillies
Mellowing out with 100g of mini vegan marshmallows
Recipes
4 large eggs
200g Butter
(or Dairy Free spread)
5ml Vanilla Essence
Prep Time 5 mins
How To Make:
Preheat oven to 150°C/300°F/Gas Mark 2.
Soften the butter slightly in the microwave.
Add all of the ingredients and the contents of this packet to a mixing bowl and beat together until smooth (start off slowly so the flour doesn't go everywhere!)
Line a brownie/baking tin with grease-proof paper and carefully spoon the mix into it.
Bake between 20-25 mins, then remove and cool before eating.
For fan assisted ovens, cooking time may vary.
Vegan Recipe
5tbsp Creative Nature Chia Seeds
15tbsp Water
200g Dairy Free spread
5ml Vanilla Essence
How To Make:
In a food processor or pestle & mortar, grind the chia seeds until fine. Mix in a bowl with the water and leave to sit for 5 minutes, or until gloopy.
Preheat oven to 150°C/300°F/Gas Mark 2.
Add all of the ingredients and the contents of this packet to a mixing bowl and beat together until smooth (start off slowly so the flour doesn't go everywhere!)
Line a brownie/baking tin with grease-proof paper and carefully spoon the mix into it.
Bake between 20-25 mins, then remove and cool before eating.

Storage:
Store mix in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Baked brownies can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
