Prepare & Use

Ready to use straight from the pack for sprinkling, baking or mixing in.
Microwave - From Chilled/Ambient
(650W or 750W oven).
1. Microwave on medium (50% power) setting for 1 ¹/2 mins, then stir well.
2. Heat in further 30 second bursts until fully melted.
3. For different ovens adjust accordingly.
Hob - From Chilled/Ambient
1. Melt in a dry, heatproof bowl over a pan of hot water until smooth.
2. Take care not to get water into the melting chocolate and avoid over heating.
