Perfect for convenience and freshness, Dr. Oetker Baking Powder Gluten Free sachet multipacks include six individual sachets of Baking Powder  - suitable for use in standard and gluten free recipes. Each 5g sachet contains one convenient measured level teaspoon of powder.

Baking Powder is a versatile raising agent for baking cakes, scones, pastries and puddings.

If you run out of self raising flour, you can add Baking Powder to plain flour and use as an alternative. For every 225g of plain flour use 3 sachets of Baking Powder.
