Perfect for convenience and freshness, Dr. Oetker Cream of Tartar sachet multipacks include six individual sachets of Cream of Tartar. Each 5g sachet contains one convenient measured level teaspoon of powder.

Cream of Tartar is a natural raising agent for use in scones, drop scones, soda bread and a wide range of other recipes. Remember to always use quantities of Cream of Tartar as shown in your recipe.

It can also be used to make a simple Baking Powder by using one part Bicarbonate of Soda to 2 parts Cream of Tartar.
