Neon Sugar

Neon Sugar can be used to decorate all types of baking, adding bright and bold colours to cupcakes, cookies and cake pops. The 4 cell jar contains Electric Blue, Hot Pink, Sunshine Yellow and Lime Green decorating sugars.

For best results sprinkle on desserts just before serving and on icing just before it sets.

Each pack contains 100g.

 Ingredients:

Sugar, sweet potatoe concentrate, radish concentrate, apple concentrate. Colours: curcumin, Brilliant Blue FCF; vegetable oil, invert sugar; Glazing agent: shellac.
