Opis

 

We source this classic black tea from one of the finest tea farms in the fertile Assam region of North-East India. The plants here are descendants of the original wild stock and only the choicest golden tips are selected and processed using time-honoured methods. Known by tea lovers for its quintessentially 'British' taste, this is a robust and full-bodied Assam tea which has a rich malty sweetness.

Preparation and Usage

Infusion Instructions Allow freshly boiled water to cool for 1 - 2 minutes. Preheat the teapot and add 2 - 3 grams of tea per person. Infuse for 3 - 4 minutes. The longer the infusion, the more flavoursome the tea becomes.
