We set out to create a biscuit so bright, bold and utterly delicious it'd be impossible not to come back for seconds. This Lime Posset Biscuit starts with a tart lime base made using real diced lime zest and lime essential oil for a fresh, zippy flavour. Each one is then generously coated in smooth organic Belgian milk chocolate.
