Opis

Fine grade, large-leaf Maofeng Keemun is naturally scented with freshly picked rose petals. Expect a high intensity of rose flavour perfectly balanced with dark chocolate and caramel sweetness of the tea base – almost the classical flavours of Turkish Delight in a cup.

These innovative pyramid bags are spacious enough to hold whole leaves rather than the small cut tea in regular teabags. This makes a difference to the quality of the brew because whole leaf tea has more flavour and complexity.

Tasting Notes

Best-enjoyed black, our Rose Pouchong is made by interleaving rose petals with black tea as it dries. A few are left in for decoration, too. Subtle and drinkable, it pairs superbly with milk chocolate, gamey meats and fresh fish.
