Preparation and Usage
What You'll Need: 3 or 4 heaped teaspoons of Cheese Flavour Mix to 300ml of cold water. Add a little of the cold water to the mix and stir to give a smooth paste. Slowly add the remainder of the water to the paste. Transfer to a saucepan and bring to the boil over a medium heat, stirring continuously until thick. For a creamier tasting sauce try replacing the cold water with rice milk or unsweetened soya milk. Add additional Cheese Flavour Mix for a thicker sauce.
