The miniature bar collection gives you a taste of our range of intensely flavoured bars - from our uniquely cocoa-rich milk chocolate with crunchy butterscotch or roasted almonds, to our bittersweet dark chocolate with sour cherries or crystallised ginger.

Our White Cooking Chocolate is ideal for recipes due to its high cocoa butter content, which gives it a smooth consistency for easier melting, and the rich flavour of the Madagascan vanilla.

Our organic cocoa is made up with the finest organic cocoa beans, grown in the shade of rainforest trees. The beans are harvested at the perfect point of ripeness, then carefully fermented and dried to maximise the smooth, complex flavours of this delicious cocoa.

Made with the finest Trinitario cocoa beans with extra cocoa butter for easier melting.

Very dark, very smooth, softened with Madagascan vanilla. 85% Cocoa. 

A generous measure of Madagascan vanilla was essential to this bar; not only does this spice lend its distinctive flavour to the chocolate but it also rounds out the bitter notes and acidity of the cocoa.

37% cocoa, Organic, Fairtrade, Suitable for vegetarians. We mix crispy pieces made with five organic cereals into our smooth milk chocolate to form a bar with a textured crispy crunch perfect for all milk chocolate lovers.

The delicate flakes of Anglesey sea salt, with their natural texture, complement the creaminess of our milk chocolate, accentuating its caramel notes.

Our name was chosen to illustrate our blend of ethics and intense taste. Green represents our sustainable and organic principles which we employ whilst making our chocolate. Black represents the colour of our original Dark 70% chocolate bar and the intense taste of all our chocolate
