GlucoTabs unique plastic tube keeps the tablets fresh and dry, and protects them from breakage. Once the tube is empty, it can simply be refilled with up to 10 tablets taken from the refill bottle, which contains 50 tablets and is also available from leading pharmacies.
WHAT IS GLUCOGEL?
GlucoGel is an easy to use 40% dextrose gel which has been available in the UK since 1984. It is used by people who require glucose, or are in need of an energy boost.
GlucoGel contains 10g of fast acting glucose per tube.
Orange GlucoTabs Ingredients:
Dextrose monohydrate (93%), maltodextrine, carrier (magnesium salts of fatty acids), natural to identical flavour, edible acid (citric acid), vegetable fat.
GlucoJuice Ingredients:
Water, dextrose monohydrate, citric acid, natural flavouring, preservative E202 & E211, colouring concentrates from carrot and blackcurrant.
GlucoGel Ingredients:
Water, dextrose monohydrate, citric acid, gelling agent (sodium carboxy methyl cellulose), preservative E211 & E202
GlucoGel - Q) What temperature should GlucoGel be kept at
A) It is best to keep GlucoGel at room temperature. If GlucoGel is put in the fridge, the composition of the gel will not change but it will become thicker and harder to administer. If GlucoGel has been kept in the fridge, allow it to reach room temperature again before using.
GlucoGel - Q) Once I have opened the 80g bottle of GlucoGel how long will it last?
A) Once the bottle has been opened the contents should be used within 14 days.
