American Style Pancakes
Makes 12
Just add water to make delicious pancakes and add sweet or savoury toppings.
1 box American Style Pancake Mix
300ml Water
30g Unsalted Butter
1. Empty the mix and water into a bowl.
2. Whisk until well-combined and free from lumps. Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat.
3. Add a small knob of butter to the pan and enough batter to make a pancake approx. 12-14cm in diameter.
4. Wait until the top of the pancake begins to bubble, then turn it over and cook until both sides are golden brown and the pancake has risen.
5. Continue until all the batter is used up.
