Cooking guidelines

Boil - From Ambient. 2 hours 30 mins
Remove outer packaging leaving film lid in place. Cover the top of the pudding securely with foil.
Add a small plate to the bottom of - the pan to assure the pudding doesn't come into contact with the saucepan.
Fill the saucepan with water, enough to cover 3/4 of the pudding. Bring to the boil and simmer continuously. Top up water as necessary. Do not allow to boil dry. Allow to stand for 2 mins.
Run a knife gently around the edge of, the pudding to remove the film lid.
Place the desired serving plate on top of the pudding and turn upside down.
Gently squeeze the sides of the basin - to release the pudding.; Cooking Instructions - General. Remove outer packaging.
Remove film lid and invert the pudding onto a microwaveable plate. Cook on high (100%).
Guide for one pack only.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Ambient. 750W 3 mins
900W 2 mins, 15 secs
Allow to stand for 2 mins.
Heat for a further:
750W 2 mins, 30 secs
900W 2 mins, 15 secs
Allow to stand for 1 min.
