A mild and creamy curry sauce balanced with aromatic spices, coconut, yoghurt, ground cashew nuts and almonds. Best served with diced chicken, sweet potato or butternut squash. Serves 2.

You Will Need...
1 jar Korma Sauce
570g chicken breast, diced into approx. 4cm pieces.
Method
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan and fry the chicken breasts until golden brown.
2. Add the contents of the jar and simmer for 10-15 mins or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Why not try: For a vegetarian alternative, use red pepper, baby corn and green beans.
