Dried Christmas fruit and spice mulling spices, perfect for infusing red wine, gin or cider to create a festive tipple.

Infused with cinnamon, dried oranges, cranberries, cardamom, cloves and all-spice, this mix is perfect for infusing into red wine, gin or cider for a festive tipple. Simply boil with your chosen spirit and finish with slices or orange and apple.

Recipes

Mulled wine serves: 6-8
1 x 75cl Bottle merlot or rhone valley red wine
3-5 Tbsp Granulated sugar (according to taste)
1 x Mulling spices sachet
Stir together all ingredients into a large pan. Gently simmer for 20 mins, do not boil.
Ladle into thick glasses or mugs, adding slices of orange.

Mulled cider serves: 8-10
2 Litres of traditional cider
4 Tsp caster sugar
1 x Mulling spices sachet
