A blend of wheatflour, sugar and toasted cereal flakes, this oaty crumble mix makes the perfect topping for fruit crumbles and tarts. Just add butter, sprinkle over poached fruits and bake. Serves 6.

Oaty Apple Crumble
Serves 6
Delicious served with vanilla ice cream, warm custard or cream.

1 sachet Oaty Crumble Mix
100g Unsalted Butter
3 tbsp Granulated Sugar
600g Bramley Apples

Oven 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/ Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6.
2. Peel, core and dice apples, place in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with sugar.
3. Place the mix into a bowl, add melted butter and stir thoroughly.
4. Scatter the rough crumble pieces over the fruit and bake for 40-45 mins or until golden brown.

Swap out the butter for a vegan spread to create a delicious vegan crumble.
