Our Sage and Red Onion Stuffing Mix is richly seasoned and full of flavour. This large pack combines sweet red and white dried onions with breadcrumbs and fragrant sage. Serve with roast chicken or turkey as a traditional side for your Sunday roast.

Cook With M&S Sage & Onion Stuffing Mix 125g

Breadcrumbs with dried sage and dried onion. Just add water and butter and then bake in the oven. Two sachets per pack. Serves 8.

Sage and Red Onion Stuffing
Serves 8
Preparation: 10 mins
Cooking: 25 mins

You Will Need
1 x packet sage & red onion stuffing mix
100g unsalted butter
(or vegan alternative)
400ml boiling water

Method
Preheat oven to 210°C/Fan 190°C/Gas 6
1. Empty contents of the sachet into a bowl.
2. Add 400ml of boiling water with 1/2 of the butter (or vegan alternative) and mix well. Allow to stand for 5 mins.
3. Place the stuffing in a greased ovenproof dish. Dot the remaining butter (or vegan alternative) over the top.
4. Bake for 25 mins or until golden brown.

Alternatively, use all the butter (or vegan alternative) in the stuffing, roll into balls and bake for 15-20 mins or until golden brown.
Cook's Tips: For a more luxurious stuffing add sausage meat to the mix before baking.
