A lightly spiced tomato-based curry sauce with tomatoes, double cream and yogurt. Pan-fry with diced chicken, simmer lightly and serve alongside basmati rice and naan breads. Serves 2.

Hob - From Ambient. 13-16 mins
Heat 15ml oil in a pan, then add 280g of diced chicken.
Cook for 5-6 mins, stirring regularly.
Add the jar of sauce and simmer gently for 8-10 mins.
