Natural, pure and raw premium Greek honey with mastic. This is pine honey of exceptional quality mixed with mastic oil & mastic water - mastic or mastiha is the pure raisin of mastic trees only found in Chios Greek Island, in South Eastern Mediterranean basin. Honey with mastic is produced by Melitimon, a family run business, with long tradition in beekeeping and producing exceptional honey.

It has gold color, the distinctive aroma of mastic and velvet texture providing high nutritional values and the health benefits of mastic.

If honey starts crystallising -sign of purity- place it in a bowl of hot water until it comes to its normal texture. Melitimon honey is an unrefined honey without additives and it is most likely to start getting crystallised.

This happens because it was produced and packed in temperatures of Greece, far higher of the temperatures of the UK. Unrefined honeys can crystallise in colder weather than the one they have been produced and if not then they most likely contain preservatives or/and are liquified with water and other substances.
