Cooking guidelines
1 For one portion mix 40g (1/2 cup) with 200ml (1 cup) water or milk in a saucepan and bring to boil.
2 Boil for 1 minute while stirring gently.
3 Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.; Microwave - From Ambient. 1 For one portion mix 40g (1/2 cup) with 200ml (1 cup) water or milk in a large microwaveable bowl.
2 Cook on full power for 1 minute.
3 Stir, then cook for a further 1 minute.
4 Leave to stand 1 minute before serving.
