Creamy Red Pepper & Garlic Enchilada Cooking Sauce (Mild).
Combining Red Guajillo (gwa-hee-yo) chili peppers, garlic, tomatoes and rich cream, this blend of flavours are so harmonious they could form a small mariachi band. Perfect for creating your favourite cheesy baked Enchiladas or pour over chicken or beef and serve with rice for a deliciously quick Mexican meal.

Prepare & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan until piping hot. Stir-fry chicken over a medium heat until brown and thoroughly cooked. Add Enchilada cooking sauce and cook for 10 minutes. Spoon 2 tablespoons of chicken & sauce mixture onto warmed corn tortillas. Roll and place fold down in a greased oven proof dish. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
