Italian Black Truffles are foraged fungi prized for their exquisite flavour and aroma and our Black Summer Truffle Pesto is made with fresh truffle blended with cashews, cheese and pine nuts. Perfect for agnolotti, tagliatelli and even scrambled eggs.
