Sharwood's. A Taste of India. Medium Curry Powder - For Rogan Josh & other medium dishes. A blend of coriander fenugreek, clove and other seasonings.

We have ground and blended the finest spices for to use in Rogan Josh and medium Indian dishes. Alternatively, use to boost the flavour of other dishes. We recommend using 1 Tbsp per serving.
We have been selecting and blending Curry Powders since 1889.

Prepare & Use

Great for cooking with chicken, vegetables, prawns, lamb.
Try serving with Sharwood's Naan Bread and Green Label Mango Chutney.
Add a pinch to baked beans on heating. Sprinkle over sausages prior to cooking.
