A natural super food extract made from Psyllium fibre that is a very good source of dietary fibre. 

Psyllium fibre is the husk of the Psyllium seed. This seed grows on the Psyllium plant (Plantago ovata), which is mainly found in India. Psyllium fibre is made from ground Psyllium plant. Psyllium fibre can be mixed with (spring) water, smoothies, shakes, and juices.

INGREDIENTS

100% organic-certified Psyllium fibre.

USE AND DOSAGE

Stir 1 teaspoon (approx. 6 grams) Psyllium fibre daily into a large glass of (spring) water or your favourite smoothie, shake or juice. Store in a cool and dry place in a tightly closed container. Once opened, the product should be consumed within 2 months. 

This product is no substitute for a healthy and varied diet.
