You can store Sweet Freedom at room temperature, no need to refrigerate - we keep ours on the kitchen worktop - nice and handy.

Instructions

You can use 25 - 50% less gram for gram than you would sugar so a little goes a long way. In baking we recommend a maximum oven temperature of 180 degrees Centigrade.
