Preparation and Usage

Quick & Easy

You Will Need:
100g coconut oil or 100g butter + 4 tablespoons honey or syrup (golden, maple, date agave, rice malt)

Directions:
1. Melt together your oil/butter and honey/syrup and stir into your Sweetpea Flapjack Mix.
2. Push your mixture firmly into a lined loaf/brownie tin. Bake in a pre-heated moderate oven (180ºC/160ºC fan) for 15-18 minutes until lightly golden.
3. Cool completely - best if refrigerated - before eating to avoid crumble!

Get more goodness
Add a sprinkle of hemp seeds, sunflower or pumpkin seeds to the mix before baking, or decorate when cool with a drizzle of melted dark chocolate!
