5 Steps of Serving Excellence 1. Select the right Tetley tea for your serving format. Information on our full range of one cup, two cup, tagged, bulk, in-cup and vending teas is available on our website. 2. Use fresh boiling water (at least 95 deg) so that the tea brews and lets out maximum on our website. 3. We recommend a 3 - 4 minute brew time for the perfect cuppa and suggest using fresh cold semi-skimmed milk. 4. Focus on the presentation. Clean, unstained, unchipped crockery will make a world of difference. 5. Make sure your customers know that you are serving them Tetley tea. We offer a wide range of POS designed to shout- 'We serve Tetley here'.
