Opis

A unique tea based on the authentic Earl Grey recipe, blended with the finest Neroli (orange blossom) and Bergamot oils.

The true origins of Earl Grey tea remained a mystery until research in The East India Company archives revealed that the use of orange flavouring with tea was first observed in China in 1793 by Sir George Staunton, a company botanist.
Bergamot, commonly used in most Earl Grey tea today, is a subspecies of Citrus Aurentium, or Neroli, the original flower used in China. Sir Joseph Banks, to whom Staunton reported his findings, experimented with various flavourings, and thus the recipe was devised long before Earl Grey heard of it from Sir Banks, his friend.
The Staunton Earl Grey is a tribute to the man who enabled the western world to experience this fine tea.

Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.
Preparation and Usage
A medium-bodied tea with a vibrant and refreshing flavour. Taken without milk. Add sugar to taste.

Brewing Instructions:
2g (2tsp) per cup (200ml)
3-4 mins, 3 in strength, 100°C
Infusions: 1
Instructions
Brewing instructions: use 2-3 teaspoons, 3-4 minute brewing.
24 hrs drinking.
