Opis

A simple and elegant golden apricot reduced jam. We do not add any artificial sweeteners, we simply add less sugar

Apricots need the sun to ripen and our cooks use fruit from Spain. Each jar is hand filled by the cooks at Thursday Cottage. By hand pouring each jar carefully our cooks keep full control over each batch they produce. To ensure the highest quality of standards are retained.

From a small thatched cottage in Somerset to a small production unit in Tiptree, Thursday Cottage still stir the fresh finest ingredients by hand, in open pans and hand fill all their jams and marmalades (you get more whole fruit hand pouring).
