White Marzipan. A natural colour almond paste ideal for home baking and cake decoration.

1 pack covers a 6 inch cake and 2 packs cover an 8 inch cake.

Product Information

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate.

Prepare & Use

Usage Instructions:
Knead marzipan until pliable and roll out using icing sugar to prevent sticking to a thickness of 5mm (1/4 inch).
Brush cake thinly with apricot jam and cover cake with marzipan.
Allow to dry, ideally for a minimum of 24 hours before icing. 
Any unused marzipan should be wrapped in polythene or kitchen foil to prevent crusting
