Our No. 1 Aged Gouda Crispies are made from rich, buttery pastry that crisps to perfection, with Gouda cheese aged for 18 months for an intensely cheesy flavour. Delicious with a glass of Riesling that has fresh acidity to balance the bold flavour of the cheese.
