Recipes
Elderflower Mojito
35ml Cuban rum
6-8 mint leaves
2 lime wedges
1 teaspoon sugar
1 whole orange, sliced
75ml Belvoir Elderflower Pressé
Squeeze the limes into a highball glass and add the mint leaves and sugar.
Churn, add the rum and fill with crushed ice.
Churn again, add more crushed ice, top with Belvoir Elderflower Pressé and garnish with a sprig of mint.
