Instructions

You will need:
75ml Water.
30ml Vegetable Oil.
1 Medium Egg.
Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C for fan assisted ovens or refer to manufacturer's instructions)/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Lightly grease tin (see panel below).
1 Stir brownie mix, water, oil and egg in medium bowl until well blended. (Mixture may be lumpy).
2 Spread evenly over base of tin.
3 Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, in the middle of the oven or until skewer inserted 5 cm (2") from edge of tin comes out almost clean. COOL before cutting and serving.
Tin Size: 27x17x4 cm (11" x 7") rectangular tin. Bake Time: 20-25 mins.
Tin Size: 22x22x4 cm (9" x 9") square tin. Bake Tin: 20-25 mins.
Hints & Tips.
For a cleaner cut, cool completely and cut with a plastic knife.
Dust top with sifted cocoa powder and/or icing sugar for an added touch.
Brownies have a moist, fudge-like texture. Why not serve warm with ice-cream as a delicious dessert?

Only 3 steps to perfect brownies...
