Our crunchy Capsicana tortilla chips contain just three ingredients: wholegrain corn, sunflower oil and a little sea salt.
We make them using the traditional Mexican method called 'nixtamalization'. The corn is soaked, dried and stoneground, then made into masa dough which is cut, flash-fried and lightly salted. Bringing you a bag-full of authentic corn crunch and flavour.
They taste great on their own, with salsa and guacamole or made into nachos.

How to Make the Ultimate Nachos!
You'll Need:
1 bag of Capsicana Tortilla Chips
100g Grated Cheese
Capsicana Smoky Chipotle Fajita Seasoning Mix
Salsa
Soured Cream
Jalapenos
Chopped Coriander
1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees
2. Place some baking paper on a baking tray & empty the tortilla chips onto the tray.
3. Cover the chips with the grated cheese and sprinkle with Capsicana smoky chipotle fajita seasoning mix.
4. Bake in the oven until the cheese has melted & is bubbling.
5. Serve with soured cream, salsa, jalapenos & sprinkle with chopped coriander.
