Recipes
Just add:
2 garlic cloves, 1 courgette, 300g mushrooms, 1 bell pepper, a bunch of rosemary & basil, 300g rigatoni pasta and cheese for serving.
Step 1
Finely chop the garlic and cut 1 courgette, 300g mushrooms and 1 pepper into cubes.
Step 2
Heat the oil and add all the vegetables. Cook for about 2 minutes. Add 2 sprigs of rosemary.
Step 3
Add 350g of Heinz Tomato Frito cooking sauce and leave to simmer for about 10 minutes. Add 5 sprigs of basil.
Step 4
Cook 300g of rigatoni, according to the instructions on the packet.
Step 5
Drain the pasta, place on a plate and pour the sauce over the pasta. Garnish with basil leaves and grated cheese.
