One of the most widely used spices, cinnamon is a versatile flavour for fruits, meat and game, baking and drinks. Spice Drops® are more flexible than powdered cinnamon because you can add them at any stage of preparation and adjust to taste right up to the moment of serving.

2 drops = 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon or 1/4 inch stick

Store in cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.

Preparation and Usage

Why not try 2 – 3 drops in hot water for instant cinnamon tea; use in smoothies/juices eg. warmed apple juice; soak dried fruit in juice mixed with 3 drops before using in baking.

For best results use in the final stages of preparation or just before serving. For drinks, add the drop(s) first in the container and pour the drink on top. Shake well before use. If stored correctly, stays fresh for up to 3 years.
