One teaspoon is the equivalent of one teaspoon of fresh chopped chilli.
Sweet Chilli Sauce:
Just Add a squeeze of chilli to 100g/4oz of caster sugar and 120ml/4fl oz water. Bring to the boil and simmer 40 minutes. Leave to cool.
Fantastic for dipping potato wedges!
