Use LoSalt in the same way as you would use regular salt.
Recipes
Rich & Versatile Tomato Sauce
Try roasting approx; 700g chopped plum tomatoes, 3 red onions and 3 cloves of garlic with a sprinkling of rosemary, a drizzle of olive oil, twist of black pepper and a pinch of LoSalt. Roast on high, mixing occasionally, until most of the liquids evaporate. Then blitz a few times in a food processor, add it to a pan with a tin of chopped tomatoes and simmer until you have a delicious, thick sauce.
