How to make the perfect cup of tea: Use only freshly boiled water, as reboiled water dulls the flavour and colour. Bring the water just to the boil, then add it to the tea straight away. Brew for 3-5 mins, then add milk if desired.

We are proud to have longstanding relationships with tea growers in Assam, and despite the current limited supply of Fairtrade certified tea in Assam, we remain committed to paying above the minimum price set by Fairtrade, and supporting the community with additional premiums which allow growers to invest in their communities.
Earl Grey - The quantity of tea required for this product is sourced, traded and audited as Fairtrade, ensuring tea producers receive Fairtrade terms. It may be mixed (during processing) with non-certified tea, so that the total matches the amount sourced as Fairtrade (mass balance), total 98.5%.
English Breakfast - Fairtrade tea (min. 50% Fairtrade certified ingredient, blended with non non-certified Assam tea) may be mixed with non-certified tea, on a mass balance basis.
