Prepare & Use
To use McDougalls Thickening Granules:
Bring dish or liquid to the boil. Remove from the heat and stir in the Thickening Granules. You'll need approximately 2 tablespoons for every 300ml (½ pint) of liquid. Place back on the heat and continue stirring, using either a whisk or a fork, until all the granules dissolve and the liquid thickens. For extra thickness, simply stir in more granules. Season to taste.
