Raspberry and White Chocolate Tray Bake
Makes: 15-18
200g McDougalls Self Raising Flour
Pinch of Salt
200g Caster Sugar
200g Butter, Softened
3 Medium Eggs, Beaten
2 tbsp Milk
50g White Chocolate Chunks
200g Frozen Raspberries
1. Preheat oven to fan 160C, conventional 180C, Gas Mark 4.
2. Cream together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
3. Gradually add the eggs a little at a time, beating in well after each addition.
4. Mix in the flour until fully combined, then fold in the remaining ingredients.
5. Spoon the mixture into a greased and lined 28cm x 18cm x 3cm tray and roughly level the surface.
6. Bake for 50 minutes. Remove and cool before slicing.
